Variations:
Balance on tailbone throughout the movement for more core activation
Up/down one inch from 90 degrees
Increase spring load
Modifications:
Reduce spring load
Very tall clients may have trouble with this movement due to their lengths of the red straps. Instruct them to use the black ropes instead of the red handles and to choke up on the black ropes, holding on to the plastic.
