Machine Set Up: Front of machine, facing front, hands on front handlebars
Variations:
For deeper stretch, press carriage open further and press back knee back.
Bring hands to rails if go deeper in stretch and can no longer reach front handlebars
Can instruct to round forward over the leg after have stretched with a long spine
